This firm did a very nice job for me in obtaining a settlement. They pursued the case to a satisfactory conclusion. My only critique of them is after the settlement was signed their communication with their clients need to improve. There was many times I was left in the dark not knowing what was going on and the length of time to receive the check. You have to constantly call to get updates until receipt of check. Otherwise I would recommend this firm.

I don't usually leave review but I would want to do it for Strategic Legal Practices in a hear beat. This office deserves a 5 star review because I could not be happier than this. They were so accurate, thorough and handled the case gracefully. They updated me every step of the way and most importantly delivered more than what they had promised. I would highly, highly recommend SLP attorneys to all my friends and family because they definitely exceeded my expectation. It's important to work with a reputable company with specialty in lemon cases and I suggest you trust this company because you will not regret it.

SLP surprisingly called me out of nowhere at the time we were dealing with multiple issues, which came right on time. It was a long 3 year process, not their fault between COVID and the courts it was frustrating, part of what I did not like was when we had too many people handling our case and not knowing who knows our case and who doesn't. There was confusion at times, but once we got clarity on what was going on, they handled our case very well. "Clear Communication" I am Big on. If you're told that one specific person is handling your case, only to be confused by multiple people asking for your personal info, that is not Clear Communication. That is confusion. Also we had to keep calling to find out what was going on with our case. Sometimes you all would call, but not until we made multiple calls, and when we asked your staff to contact one of us at a specific # only, the instructions were not being followed. One guy told us , oh he didn't get that message. If everyone is documenting as they should, then you got the message. Everyone else looked up the notes documented. Other than these things. Everything went fine. Thank you for your services and help in all of this.

I had a Nissan Rogue and I was pregnant when my transmission started giving me problems out of nowhere. They were able to fight for me and get my money back and damages. Anytime I had a question their team was so supportive and helped me with everything. With their help I was able to buy a new car that me and my daughter feel safe in.

I had contacted Strategic Legal practices regarding problems with my 2018 Ford F-150 that I was having. I had been back and forth with the Ford dealership with my problems with no avail. We discussed the process of returning my F-150 back to Ford and the compensation. I was very surprised at the compensation amount that SLP was stating. At first I thought the compensation amount I was told was a little over blown. I was pleasantly surprised when the offer to settle my case was presented to me. Far more then I thought I would receive. Even though the process took two years to complete it was well worth it. The staff at SLP are very pleasant, straight forward, and professional. I would not hesitate to contact them again if I ever had a similar problem with a dealership.

I contacted SLP after our vehicle kept having the same issues over and over. SLP reviewed my case and assured me that it was a legitimate complaint for a Lemon Law Suit. SLP settled my case with a generous amount even after I was involved in a hit and run collision and my vehicle was totaled. Stratic Legal was amazing. The process is long, not their fault, just how the courts work. For me, it was a 2 year journey. Through the whole process, they were available and helpful every step of the way. I thouyI was just stuck with a bad car. They reached out and told me my car was a lemon. 2 1/2 years later, I won $38,000 in my lawsuit. If they had not reached out, I would just have a seriously bad car. I can not thank them enough. The day I went to pick up my check from them personally, I was amazed to see what a completely A 1 company this is. Beautiful office, caring and helpful people.
